"Do what?" you ask....I mean, is it worse when Republicans advance the "cause" of big, wasteful government, or is it worse when Democrats do it?
One would expect "big government" from Democrats. But in his final days in office, Republican President George W. Bush seems determined to be as wasteful as possible.
